Mr. Snodgrass has been in the Environmental and Physical Condition Assessments (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural and Civil) consulting profession since 1986. 

Michael has performed thousands of site assessments and remedial activities including various sampling projects (asbestos, lead, radon, mold, etc.) throughout the country. He has also been construction manager on several commercial projects handling permitting, code compliance, draws,etc.

Michael has earned a BS degree and a Master of Technology Hazardous Materials and Waste Management degree from Arizona State University.

Rob Hamblin inspects and reviews the engineering aspects of EDI-RE’S Physical Condition reports. His thirty-five years of experience in the field includes:

 Engineering consultant for various industrial, commercial, and educational construction projects

 Project Engineer, Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station Cooling Towers, West of Phoenix

 Facilities Constriction Coordinator, Arizona Public Service, Phoenix

 Company-wide design specifications, estimates and inspections, for Arizona Public

Mr. Clary brings eighteen years of experience in the engineering industry as a project manager and marketing supervisor for Electrical Designs, Inc. and then with Engineering Construction Design.  Coupled with his managerial experience, Mr. Clary has field experience in testing and data collection for environmental assessments for EDI-R.E., which has proven useful in coordinating real estate environmental condition assessments with engineering and financial institutions.
