The Real Estate Division (EDI-RE) was formed in 2002 to provide lenders, insurance companies, and property owner/purchasers up to-date answers to questions created by the ever changing burden of the regulations governing real estate investment and the subsequent underwriting requirements.
EDI-RE was create to simplify the due diligence process imposed on the real estate sector that has become very burdensome since the economic downturn of 2008-2009.
We have seen a maturation process develop from being reactionary to based more on cost/benefit analysis and sound business practices, especially in today's uncertain economy. This is what sets EDI-RE apart from other national companies that do not have a local presence.
